Financial Director
Jacob brings a wealth of experience from his upbringing in the construction industry. His early exposure to the sector has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within it. Before stepping into his current role, Jacob sold commercial vehicles, honing his sales and negotiation skills.
In his current position, he manages financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the company’s growth and stability. His strong analytical abilities allow him to identify trends and make informed decisions that benefit both the company and its clients.

James Mann
Compliance Director
James has experience in Business and Site Compliance, Health and Safety, Landfills, Materials compliance and Environmental and Soil management. A large proportion of James’ career has been working on large construction projects for Tier 1 Clients within the UK and internationally.
James has been involved with many land reclamation projects involving the restoration of brown field sites by ways of varying remediation models.
James brings a wealth of experience when dealing with the reuse of construction waste into a viable certified construction product ready for reuse within the marketplace.
He is also responsible for the company’s health and safety and compliance of waste materials intended for landfilling or reuse. James ensures the company is fulfilling its regulatory lawful requirements when working within the waste industry.
Jack Walker
Sales & Operations Manager
Jack brings a dynamic blend of operational expertise and commercial insight to Aardvark. Known for building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions, he plays a key role in streamlining workflows and driving sales growth across the business.
With a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for opportunity, Jack works closely with both the operations team and clients to ensure every job runs smoothly — from the first enquiry to the final delivery.

Accounts Manager

Purchasing & Marketing Coordinator
Tasha is responsible for two key areas at Aardvark. On the purchasing side, she manages supplier relationships, sources the best prices, and ensures orders and payments are processed accurately and on time.
On the marketing side, Tasha oversees Aardvark’s social media presence, creating and coordinating content that showcases the company’s work and keeps clients informed.
